Our Story
Kindred Horizons Care Group Limited was founded by two experienced professionals with over 16 years of experience in health and social care. Their careers began in frontline support roles, where they developed a deep understanding of the emotional and relational needs of children and young people with complex experiences.
Through progression into senior leadership positions—including Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, Home Manager, Registered Manager, and Nominated Individual—they gained extensive expertise in safeguarding, regulatory compliance, staff development, and partnership working with local authorities and multidisciplinary teams.
Both founders also bring personal caring experience supporting family members with health needs, strengthening their compassionate, values-led approach and reinforcing the importance of dignity, emotional safety, and stable relationships in care settings.
Holding Level 5 Diplomas in Leadership and Management, they combined professional knowledge with practical experience to establish a clear vision: delivering high-quality, therapeutic residential care that is nurturing, stable, and outcomes-focused

Kindred Horizons was established in response to recognised gaps within the residential care sector, including placement instability, inconsistent caregiving approaches, and a lack of relational continuity for children with complex needs.
